Unfortunately, for the same model and firmware version, the busybox on customer firmware tends to be the same as the busybox on factory firmware. I've compared customer and factory firmware and it seems they're almost identical apart from /etc/shadow and the additional /usr/local/ directory on the factory firmware.

Interestingly enough, customer 5.10.2 (Dec 2018?) already had the new busybox.

I wonder if for the initial 5.11.0 release, they were just focused on supporting the new KT4 hardware so they can quickly push it to the factory. The launch PW4 5.10.0.1/2 looked just like 5.9.x as well. The new features were added later in 5.10.1.2 which came out pretty much the same time as the PW4's release date.
