I've had a hard time finding any on-the-ear-type earbuds, let alone Bluetooth ones. For listening to audiobooks, I've been fine with cheap ones from Sony. Panasonic and JVC also make similar inexpensive ones.

There are Bluetooth mini headphones that wrap around the back of the head, but I haven't tried them. I think they'd be annoying.
