I just bought a bunch of comics (not from Amazon) and I want to be able to read them using Kindle App. I only have them in CBZ format so I used Calibre to convert them to EPUB. However, the size of the files increase so much for some reasons. From like 46MB to 586MB. That exceed the 200MB limit so I can't put them on my Kindle library. Did I do something wrong? Please help. Open calibre's Preferences => Conversion Input Options => Comic Input. Change the output format dropdown to jpg. See attached image.
